Cancellation and refunds
This policy explains renewal cancellation, continued access, refund review and payment recovery for Textile Inventory subscriptions.
1. Stopping renewal
Open your account, select Subscription and renewal, and confirm Cancel renewal. This stops future billing only after Razorpay confirms cancellation. A pending request is not a completed cancellation; check your account status or contact support if confirmation is delayed. Cancelling renewal does not delete your account or your invoices.
2. Access after cancellation
You retain access until the paid-through date shown in your account: the end of the purchased monthly period or the end of the purchased yearly period. These are your subscription dates, not necessarily the end of a calendar month or calendar year. Cancellation itself gives no refund, including no automatic refund for unused months of a yearly plan. After the paid period, you have 30 days of read-only workspace access and then a further 90-day recoverable archive. Automatic data deletion is disabled.
3. Duplicate payments
If you believe you paid twice, contact support@rjdinfotech.com with your account email and payment references. We verify that there are two distinct captured payments; a repeated notification or a pending bank entry alone is not proof of a duplicate payment. A verified extra payment is reviewed and refunded by the owner through Razorpay, rather than credited to another month. The original valid subscription and its paid access are preserved.
4. Other refund requests
Ordinary monthly change-of-mind refunds are not offered, and cancellation does not automatically entitle a yearly subscriber to a prorated refund. Other requests are reviewed individually by the owner, subject to applicable law; submitting a request does not approve a refund. Any approved refund amount and effect on access will be explained before action. A confirmed full refund of the only payment covering a period ends paid access for that refunded coverage; an independent valid paid period is assessed separately.
5. Refund confirmation and timing
An approved refund is processed through Razorpay. Keep the refund reference and check its confirmed status. The time for the money to appear depends on Razorpay, the payment method and the receiving bank; we do not promise an unverified fixed arrival date. Refunds and invoice adjustments are recorded without erasing the original payment or invoice history. These policies do not remove any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
6. Failed payments and recovery
If a payment fails or its outcome is uncertain, check your account or contact support before paying again. An initial failed checkout does not create paid access. Failed-renewal recovery, where available, uses the existing subscription and recorded billing period; payment confirmation controls access. A cancelled subscription cannot be reactivated by a recovery link. Support can explain the available next step for your recorded status.
