RJD Infotech

Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RJD Infotech collects, uses, protects and retains information when you use Textile Inventory or contact us for support.

1. Scope and customer records

This policy covers account information, subscription and billing information, the business records you submit to Textile Inventory, and support interactions. Your workspace may contain information about your own staff or business contacts. The workspace owner is responsible for entering that information lawfully and assigning appropriate access to team members.

2. What we collect

We process your name, email, phone number, account and verification details; business name, billing address and GST details where supplied; subscription, payment-reference and invoice records; and the materials, business contacts, purchases, stock, orders, job-work and receipt records you enter. Support messages and security records, such as access events and request-limit counters, are also processed when needed to operate the service.

3. How we use your data

We use this information to verify your identity, keep you signed in, enforce workspace permissions, save and display your business records, process subscriptions, issue invoices, deliver account and billing emails, answer support requests and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your workspace records or use them for targeted advertising.

4. No AI model training

RJD Infotech does not use customer account, billing, workspace or support data to train or fine-tune AI or machine-learning models, and does not submit that data to AI model-training services. Textile Inventory has no AI feature that sends your workspace records to an external AI model. Necessary service providers process data under their own terms; this statement describes RJD Infotech’s use of your data.

5. Service providers and sharing

Supabase provides authentication and the database; Vercel hosts the application; Razorpay processes payments and subscription notifications; Zoho prepares invoices and invoice delivery; and Hostinger handles our account and support email. These providers receive the information needed for those services. Payment-card details are entered into Razorpay’s checkout; Textile Inventory does not store your full card number or card security code. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or needed to investigate misuse and protect the service.

6. Storage location

Your primary workspace data is stored in India. Our service providers may process other service data, including email, payment information, logs and support information, outside India under their own terms. This describes primary storage, rather than a guarantee that every copy or processing activity stays exclusively within India.

7. Security and cookies

Workspace access is restricted by account membership and permissions. Secure session cookies and account and network request limits support sign-in and protection against misuse. Hosting providers may separately process network and security information. Invoice downloads require account access, and platform administration requires MFA. Disabling essential cookies can prevent sign-in from working. No system can guarantee absolute security; report suspected account misuse to support.

8. Retention

After voluntary cancellation, workspace access continues through the paid period, then becomes read-only for 30 days and is archived for a further 90 days. A failed renewal may have a three-day working grace period inside its existing 30-day post-expiry window; retries do not restart that window. Automatic deletion is disabled. Archive status is not deletion, and indefinite recovery is not promised. Account, payment, invoice, audit and support records may need to be kept separately for service, security or applicable legal requirements.

9. Your requests and contact

Contact support@rjdinfotech.com to ask about your data, request correction, raise a privacy concern or request deletion. We verify that a request belongs to the correct account and explain the available steps and any records that must be retained. Cancelling renewal alone does not delete your account or erase payment records. Download the documents and reports available to your account while your access permits. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes or full card details to support.

10. Changes to this policy

We will publish updates on this page when our service or privacy practices change. Changes in wording do not authorise us to use your workspace records for AI training or another unrelated purpose. Any additional consent required by applicable law must be obtained before the relevant processing begins.
