Terms of service
These Terms govern your use of Textile Inventory, provided by RJD Infotech ("we", "us" or "our"). Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. About the service
RJD Infotech provides Textile Inventory for materials, business masters, purchases, stock, orders, dyeing job work, fabric receipts and related documents. Subscription billing and invoices are managed separately from your inventory records. Courses shown as coming soon are not available for purchase.
2. Your account and workspace
Create an account with an email address you control and verify that address. Registration alone does not create a paid workspace. Each person must use their own account and may access only the workspaces and actions their permissions allow. Workspace owners manage their team’s access; platform administration requires separate owner permission and authenticator verification.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
Monthly and yearly subscription prices, currency and GST-inclusive totals are displayed on Pricing and before checkout. A subscription renews on its recorded billing schedule until renewal is cancelled. Razorpay processes payments. We activate paid access only after the server verifies payment and the correct customer account. If payment is captured but activation is pending, contact support rather than paying again. Paid invoices and available PDFs appear in your account.
4. Cancellation and expiry
You can request cancellation of future renewal from Subscription and renewal in your account. Cancellation is complete only when Razorpay confirms it. Cancelling renewal does not refund the purchase or end access immediately: monthly access continues until the paid month ends, and yearly access until the paid year ends, as shown by your paid-through date. After that paid period, voluntary cancellation allows 30 days of read-only access, followed by a 90-day recoverable archive. Automatic data deletion is disabled; recovery beyond that window is not promised.
5. Customer data and permitted processing
You retain ownership of the business records you submit. You authorise us to process those records as necessary to provide Textile Inventory, protect the service and respond to your requests, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to enter information about your staff, customers, suppliers and other business contacts. These Terms do not give us permission to use your records for AI model training.
6. Your responsibilities
Keep passwords and authenticator codes private, enter accurate account and billing details, and use the service only for records you are authorised to manage. Do not attempt to access another customer’s workspace, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. You remain responsible for checking your business records and downloaded documents. Keep copies of important records; the service does not promise uninterrupted availability or indefinite archive recovery.
7. Support and your rights
For account, billing or service questions, contact support@rjdinfotech.com or +91 77603 07608. Include your account email and the issue, but never a password, authenticator code or full card details. Our commercial policies do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you. Policy updates will be posted on these pages; they do not retrospectively change the paid-through date of an already confirmed purchase.
